- We own 29 units of 5-axis machining centers, which allows us to handle mass production of complex-shaped parts that require 5-axis machining. For parts that are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, depending on the machining time per piece, we can consider a monthly production of around 1,000 units. Of course, we also support prototyping, enabling us to provide consistent support from initial production to mass production.
In particular, we are capable of handling thin-walled machining required for weight reduction, as well as precision machining needed for intricate details in relation to internal components.
