Feature

We machine products with tube or elbow shapes from blocks or forged materials. We also offer quality assurance through shape measurement using CMM/3D measuring devices or laser scanners. Thin-walled machining is possible, and depending on the material, we can produce parts with a wall thickness of less than 1mm. When bending processes require heat treatment, non-destructive testing, or strict thickness control, machining from solid material may be a more suitable option.
